Welcome to 120 Rules of Grammar — SSC Exam, developed and operated by EduPlus Creation. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using our mobile application or related digital services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

1. Services & Freemium Usage

Our application offers comprehensive English grammar study materials, TCS pattern practice questions, root words, and AI tools for competitive examinations in India (SSC CGL, CHSL, CPO, MTS, Stenographer, NDA, CDS, etc.):

• Free Tier: Includes complete access to Rules 1 to 60, daily 9:00 AM quizzes, study streak tracking, and up to 100 free uses of AI Grammar and AI Vocab scanning tools.
• PRO Tier: Available as a 6-month one-time access pass (currently priced at ₹29 inclusive of applicable payment taxes), unlocking Rules 61 to 120, unlimited AI scanner usage, priority solutions, and all future content additions during the pass period.

2. User Accounts & Purchase Restoration

The app offers instant access without mandatory email registration. When upgrading to PRO, you provide your mobile number. This number acts as your account identifier to allow restoring your PRO access if you switch devices or reinstall the app.

3. Payment & Billing Terms

• All payments are securely processed through RBI-authorized payment aggregator Razorpay Software Private Limited.
• Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR ₹).
• The PRO access pass is a one-time non-recurring fee for the specified access duration (6 Months). There are no hidden recurring automated deductions.
• You agree to provide accurate and authorized payment details (UPI, Debit Card, Net Banking, or Wallet).

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content included in the app — including grammar rule explanations, mnemonic formulas, practice questions, root words compilations, UI designs, logos, and code — is the intellectual property of EduPlus Creation and is protected by Indian copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reverse engineer, distribute, republish, or commercially exploit any content without prior written permission.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to circumvent paywalls, decompile, modify, or tamper with the application code or API endpoints.
• Abuse the AI Grammar Scanner by submitting abusive, obscene, unlawful, or automated bot requests.
• Share or resell your PRO access credentials for commercial gain.

6. Educational Disclaimer

While our educational content is rigorously curated based on recent SSC TCS exam patterns, EduPlus Creation does not guarantee specific exam scores, job selections, or rank guarantees. The materials are intended as a supplementary learning and practice tool.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall EduPlus Creation be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, device incompatibilities, or service interruptions.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
