EduPlus Creation ("we," "our," or "us") operates the mobile application 120 Rules of Grammar — SSC Exam (Application ID: com.edupluscreation.grammar120rules). This Privacy Policy explains our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Application and services.

A. Information You Provide Directly

• Profile & Learning Preferences: Name or nickname, target exam (e.g., SSC CGL, CHSL, CPO, MTS), target post, daily study goals, and language preference (Hindi/English).
• Account Recovery & Payment Verification: Mobile phone number and name entered during the PRO upgrade process to verify subscription status and restore purchases on new devices.
• Customer Support Inquiries: Details and screenshots you provide when contacting our support team.

B. Information Collected Automatically

• App Usage & Study Progress: Bookmarked grammar rules, completed quiz scores, study streak counters, and daily study milestones stored locally on your device via HTML5 LocalStorage.
• Device Information: Device model, operating system version, and general network state to ensure optimal app performance and crash debugging.

2. Third-Party Service Providers

We work with trusted third-party service providers to facilitate app functionality and secure payment processing:

• Razorpay Payment Gateway: All financial transactions are securely processed by Razorpay (Razorpay Software Private Limited). We do not store or process your credit/debit card numbers, UPI PINs, or CVV. Payment processing is governed by Razorpay's Privacy Policy.
• Google Gemini AI: When using the AI Grammar Scanner or AI Vocab features, user-submitted sentences are processed via Google Gemini API to analyze grammar errors and provide corrections. No sensitive personal information should be entered into the scanner.
• Google Cloud & Google Sheets API: Used strictly for secure cloud synchronization of subscriber transaction records and subscription verification.
• Capacitor Native Plugins: Used for native device features such as local daily quiz notifications (9:00 AM study reminder) and Android system navigation.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide offline and online access to 120 Golden Rules of Grammar and SSC PYQ practice questions.
• To authenticate and unlock PRO tier features (Rules 61–120, unlimited AI queries, mock tests).
• To allow seamless restoration of paid subscriptions across devices using verified mobile numbers.
• To deliver daily study notifications and streak reminders.
• To provide user support and address technical bugs.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your study bookmarks, streaks, and quiz records are stored locally on your device. Subscription purchase details are transmitted using industry-standard SSL/TLS 256-bit encryption. We implement standard security practices to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

5. Children's Privacy

Our application is designed for competitive exam aspirants (students preparing for SSC, Railways, Banking, and Defense exams). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can promptly delete it.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

You can reset or clear your locally stored study data at any time by clearing the app data in Android Settings. If you wish to delete your subscription record or phone number from our verification records, please contact our support team at edupluscreation@gmail.com.

We may update our Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and posting the updated policy on this URL.
