At EduPlus Creation, we are committed to providing high-quality, affordable educational resources for competitive exam aspirants. Please review our Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully regarding the PRO subscription of our application 120 Rules of Grammar — SSC Exam.

1. Digital Goods & Nature of Service

The PRO Tier (₹29 / 6 Months Access) is an instantly deliverable digital service. Upon successful payment verification through Razorpay, all premium grammar rules (Rules 61–120), unlimited AI Grammar Scanner usage, and advanced features are unlocked immediately on your device.

2. Refund Eligibility

We provide refunds under the following specific circumstances:

• Double / Duplicate Charges: If your bank account or UPI was debited multiple times for a single subscription transaction due to a technical glitch or network timeout.
• Failed Activation: If payment was successfully deducted from your account but the PRO features were not unlocked, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue or manually activate your subscription within 24 hours.
• Unauthorized Transactions: If you suspect your card or UPI account was used fraudulently to make a purchase, subject to verification.

3. 48-Hour Satisfaction Window

If you experience persistent technical defects with the app that prevent you from accessing the educational content, you may request a refund within 48 hours of the original transaction date.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds cannot be issued under the following circumstances:

• Refund requests submitted after 48 hours from the transaction date.
• Change of mind after accessing and utilizing the premium educational content.
• Failure to qualify in any competitive exam (as our product is a supplementary study tool).

5. How to Request a Refund

Our PRO plan is a one-time single payment with no automatic recurring subscriptions or auto-debits. Therefore, there is no need to manually cancel any active subscription. Your access will naturally expire after 6 months without any further charges.
